• Cotton Lycra - Fabrics are digitally printed on 240-260gsm 95% 5% Cotton/lycra (CL) knit 56” wide. Selvages may be along the edges. Fabric is sold by the Yard which typically will be 36” x 56”. I just like to give a shorter amount to account for selvage edges and or flaws that could potentially occur in spots on the edge from printing. . 
• Woven Cotton 100% Cotton no stretch soft hand. 145gsm
• Bamboo Lycra 230-240gsm 95% bamboo 5% lycra so silky and soft!
• Bamboo French Terry 95% bamboo 5% lycra 240-260gms is a knit fabric that features loops and soft piles of yarn on one side,and a smooth, soft surface on the other side. The result is an absorbent, light-weight, moisture-wicking material that's super comfortable to wear any day of the year.
• Cotton French Terry - 95% cotton 5% spandex 250-260gsm 4 way stretch, loops on the back. 

• Swim - 86% polyester, 14% spandex 230-240 GSM SPF50 moisture wicking, Soft and Silky beautiful drape. 4 way stretch
• CuddleMe 95% poly 5% spandex 350gms Very soft and fuzzy on both sides. Great 4-way stretch. 58" wide
• Waterproof Canvase WPC 100% polyester 260gsm 58" wide soft and supple, not rough and is waterproof! 
  
• Softshell - 97% polyester 3% spandex - Wateproof outer with minky lining. super soft and wonderful. 
• Cotton Waffle - 100% cotton 220gsm width approx 63" small knit waffle weave - great for thermal use. Light weight and soft. Not scratchy. 
• Rayon Lycra - 95% Rayon 5% Lycra 250gsm 59" wide Soft natural rayon fiber. Thicker then Bamboo Lycra. Very soft perfect for clothing. 
  
• Modal Lycra - 180gsm 95% modal 5% Lycra width 65" soft and supple, lightweight. Perfect for clothing, undergarments, warm weather wear. Natural fiber and very stable. 

We do not offer RETURNS or REFUNDS due to the custom nature of the fabric UNLESS it is flawed. Please message me if you run into any issues. You have up to 5 working days to inspect for flaws or shortages. Any minor flaws under 1” inch that will not distract the fabric appearance will not be discounted. There is NO discount for shrinkage. Should you receive anything that has a flaw or is damaged by printer please pm me so I can fix the situation for you. Once fabric is received we will inspect it as we are cutting up the fabric so this issue should be very few and far between.
